Servpro Industries, LLC in Gallatin, TN seeks a SPCP Blender to batch, blend and box finished cleaning products. The role centers on safe production and quality goods while following established safety guidelines.

You will work on a three-person production team, maintain a clean, organized area per the 5-S program, assist with equipment maintenance, and support material inventory and cross-functional changes. Must read, write, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates safely as part of a three-person production team. Follows all safety procedures and guidelines. Consistently wears appropriate P.P.E. (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Carries out daily weekly production schedule, minimizing waste and producing quality products.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area following the location’s 5-S Program.
• Assists Lead Blender and Assistant Manager in preventative maintenance on all equipment in SPCP.
• Assists with raw material inventory and cycle counts.
• Assists with receiving in raw materials and supplies into inventory.
• Work cross-functionally with divisional teams to implement and support system/divisional changes.
