Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Blender for the SPCP division to batch, blend and box finished cleaning products, ensuring safe production and quality output. The role requires following safety procedures and maintaining clean work areas.

You will operate as part of a three-person production team, carry out the production schedule, manage materials, and assist with maintenance and cross-functional changes to support our systems while adhering to the location’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
• Must have basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely as part of a three-person production team. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Consistently wear appropriate P.P.E. (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Carry out the daily weekly production schedule, minimizing waste and producing quality products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following the location’s 5‑S Program.
• Assist Lead Blender and Assistant Manager in preventative maintenance on all equipment in SPCP.
• Assist with raw material inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist with receiving raw materials and supplies into inventory.
• Work cross‑functionally with divisional teams to implement and support system/divisional changes.
