Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Technology Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.
• Evidence of ongoing professional learning and professional development facilitation.
• Professional teaching experience preferred.
• Two years of coaching experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in implementing blended learning district-wide.
• Monitor school performance data and guide professional development.
• Support teachers with digital tools and platform usage in instruction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify priorities and provide targeted supports.
• Maintain records and communicate instructional best practices.
