Job summary

centraloffice-scsk12 seeks a Blended Learning Advisor to support blended learning initiatives across the district. You will help build capacity among stakeholders, guide the use of digital tools, and ensure alignment with district standards and instructional practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, five years of experience in education or a similar area, and strong skills in data analysis and professional learning facilitation. Coaching experience is recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Technology Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction or closely related field is required.
• Evidence of ongoing professional learning and professional development facilitation.
• Two years of coaching experience is recommended; classroom teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in monitoring blended learning and district-approved digital tools across schools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Support district and school-based professional development on blended learning and 1:1 device use.
• Analyze learning data and teacher feedback to plan targeted professional learning.
• Assist in developing long-term technology blended learning and 1:1 device plans.
• Maintain relationships with school leaders and staff, communicating best practices.
