Starting Pay and Compensation:

1. Base hourly rate: $21+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications. Credit given for previous experience.
2. For hours over 25 weekly: Rate increases to an average of $23+/hour.
3. For hours beyond 33 weekly: Elevates to an average of $32+/hour.
4. Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $47,000 to $57,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

Requirements: We welcome candidates who align with the following criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education;or
2. Registered nurse ;or
3. High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers.
