Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Concord, NC is seeking a Blending Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team. This temp-to-hire role offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate and monitor equipment, meet throughput goals, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives. Required are strong math and mechanical skills, ability to read and follow instructions, and the stamina to work in a cold, wet, noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or food/beverage experience preferred.
• HACCP/SQF experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Understand CIP and sanitary standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of equipment, processes, and work practices.
• Meet production throughput and efficiency goals.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Set up, operate, and monitor equipment for reliable performance.
• Maintain quality standards and metrics.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and plant sanitation.

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed.
• Serve as a technical resource within the area.

Blending Specialist

We are seeking a dependable, team-oriented Blending Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19-22 per hour
• 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Position Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of process flow and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of CIP (Clean-in-Place) and sanitary standards preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in cold, wet, and noisy environments.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, food and beverage, or laboratory experience preferred.
• HACCP and/or SQF experience is a plus.
