Qualifications
4-5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
Must possess a current Blasting License.
Must be able to meet ATF eligibility requirements as Employee Possessor.
Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.
Efficient with Microsoft Outlook and blasting software.
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
Available to work long hours as needed.
Responsibilities
Lead or assist in design and detonation of blasts.
Develop blast plans to meet customer requirements.
Conduct blast crew meetings and coordinate responsibilities.
Load explosives, verify drill patterns, and ensure safety.
Complete necessary paperwork and communicate with customers.
