Job summary

Conagra Brands in Archbold, Ohio is seeking an on-site Blancher Operator to operate and monitor the blanching process, prepare equipment, and ensure safe, efficient production. You will check product flow, perform quality checks, and maintain sanitary conditions while following GMP, safety and 5S standards.

Experience in food manufacturing is preferred; forklift certification is required or obtainable. Shift 2:45 PM–11:00 PM with a $0.75 differential, and Archbold location.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain it.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience completing production and operational documentation accurately.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, sanitation and manufacturing safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Check production schedules and prepare equipment and work areas for operations.
• Set blancher controls and monitor temperatures and steam flow.
• Monitor product quality and perform samples for testing.
• Maintain sanitary production conditions and complete required documentation.
