Responsibilities

• Obtain production schedules, review work orders, gather supplies, prepare equipment, and complete production paperwork.
• Set up equipment controls, inspect and start up production, perform pre-operational cleaning as needed.
• Blend ingredients according to recipes and monitor weight and consistency.
• Weigh ingredients, collect samples, perform quality checks, and document results.
• Troubleshoot equipment, clear jams, and support efficient changeovers.
