Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Operator in Centralia, IL to operate and support packaging, processing, sanitation, quality, and warehouse activities. You will work with Line Leads to train teammates and maintain safety, quality, and productivity throughout daily operations.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, contributing to continuous improvement, and coordinating with Maintenance and other shifts to resolve issues and ensure smooth handoffs. Shift is onsite with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and support packaging, processing, sanitation, quality, and warehouse operations to meet daily production goals.
• Partner with Line Leads to support cross-training, skill development, and operational flexibility.
• Follow all Job Element Sheets and standard operating procedures while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Participate in cleaning, sanitation, and audit activities to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with Line Leads, Maintenance, and other shifts to resolve equipment issues, ensure effective handoffs, and drive plant performance.
• Complete additional duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager.
