Job summary

Duininck Texas is seeking a seasonal, full-time blade operator to support highway and infrastructure projects across Texas and Oklahoma. You will operate blade equipment, read grade stakes with grade checker, coordinate with crew, and help maintain safety on site.

Qualifications

• Understand and implement safety regulations on job sites.
• Operate blade equipment and read grade stakes with guidance.
• Coordinate with crew using signals and maintain site safety.
• Willingness to travel across Texas for projects.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates blade to achieve the specified grading.
• Reads grade stakes and works with grade checker, laser, or GPS to maintain grade.
• Collaborates with crew members to coordinate work and ensure safety.
• Performs daily inspection and maintenance and ensures the machine is safe.
• Reports to shop when equipment needs maintenance and repair.
