Job summary

Duininck is seeking seasonal, full-time construction crew members to support infrastructure projects across Texas and Oklahoma. The role offers competitive hourly pay with overtime, plus a strong benefits package and company-matched 401K.

You will operate blade equipment, follow grade stakes, and work with the team to ensure safety and quality on each site. The position requires willingness to travel, outdoor work in varying weather, and adherence to PPE and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Unwavering focus on safety and compliance.
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates blade to achieve specified grading.
• Reads grade stakes and uses grade checker, laser, or GPS.
• Coordinates with crew using hand signals; maintains safety.
• Performs daily inspection and maintenance of equipment; reports issues.
• Keeps equipment clean and prepares for transport as needed.
• Maintains order and safety at the jobsite.
