Ethos is seeking experienced chiefs of staff and BizOps leaders to help train our language model on professional presentations and slide decks. This remote, flexible engagement honors 5–20 hours per week and requires 4+ years supporting C-suite executives.

You will own board decks and executive communications end to end, craft precision slides, and refine AI-generated materials for CEO communications, quarterly business reviews, and offsite planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a chief of staff or BizOps lead supporting C-level executives
• Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBRs, CEO communications).
