Qualifications

• Extensive payroll knowledge including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; PayCom experience strongly preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee biweekly payroll for 1,200+ employees across 35 states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely processing of updates: new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports; manage PTO administration.
• Assist audits by providing records and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting; resolve payroll-related issues with employees.
• Identify and implement payroll system/process improvements; support cybersecurity and privacy policies.
