• Experience with data management and maintaining clean, organized systems.

Aufgaben

• Program Operations & Delivery: Build and coordinate workflows, track deliverables, and maintain internal systems across BiTS workstreams.
• Coordinate logistics for kick-offs, workshops, large meetings, and ExhiBiTS.
• Guide and mentor fellows in developing theses and program plans, providing structured feedback.
• Draft and track proposals for prospective BiTS engagements.
• Engage external ecosystem with communications materials and website updates.
• Support cohorts and Cohort Managers in onboarding, reviews, and events.
• Data Management & Infrastructure: Own data entry and manage the tech stack (Salesforce, Airtable, FillOut, Granola).
• Develop knowledge-sharing materials and partnership documents.
• Special Projects: Build alumni community and expand curriculum; track outcomes and reporting.
