Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead large cross-disciplinary initiatives, align them with business objectives, and drive strategy from concept through execution, ensuring on-time delivery and budget discipline.

You will partner with leaders across IT, engineering and operations, establish KPIs, manage change, and coordinate with stakeholders to realize transformation benefits; travel up to 25% is required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible meeting times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven project leadership on large cross-disciplinary programs.
• Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Six Sigma).
• Effective communication with a broad and diverse stakeholder group.
• Ability to develop execution plans in complex, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategy with leadership.
• Organize program-related events and monitor performance.
• Lead overall planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track transformation progress.
• Collaborate with technical teams, department leaders, and stakeholders.
• Manage Project Managers and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee change management plans and execution.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and budget management.
