Responsibilities

• Supervise employee cash charge controls.
• Assign server stations, opening and closing side-work, and daily cleaning.
• Check opening and closing serving, bartender, and busser side work.
• Oversee restaurant operations when the Manager is not present.
• Run required reports and computer summaries.
• Direct and ensure procedures are followed by servers, bartenders, and bussers.
• Check on guests as they are dining to assure customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest problems or concerns and report back to the Manager.
• Foster a positive and inspirational team atmosphere.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
