The Bistro Supervisor at MHG Hotels LLC leads daily operations, delivers attentive guest service, and upholds brand standards in our on-site Bistro.

You will train associates, manage inventory, ensure safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with management to maintain cost-effective operations and exceptional hospitality. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends; full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong guest service focus and professional demeanor.
• Ability to train and develop a diverse Bistro team.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bistro operations and guest service.
• Train associates on procedures, food prep, and safety.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and costs; ensure FIFO practices.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to management when needed.
