Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management’s Bistro is seeking a friendly attendant to greet guests, assist with orders, and prepare food and beverages. You will manage front-of-house routines and ensure tables are properly set and cleared, while working to exceed guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Bistro and assist with orders and food/beverage preparation.
• Own the front-of-house experience by ensuring tables are set, cleared, and guests’ needs are met.
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings to coordinate communication and planning.
• Present menus, answer questions, and take orders using suggestive selling techniques.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Compute bills, accept payments, track receipts, and report tips for tax processing in MICROS.
• Clear and clean tables and reset counters as needed.
• Cook food following brand standards and ensure food safety.
• Maintain kitchen and wait stations, keeping areas tidy and stocked.
