Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a breakfast cook for the Courtyard by Marriott on CMU's campus. You will assist with breakfast service in the onsite F&B outlet, The Bistro, and contribute to high-quality food and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing items by brand recipes, maintaining sanitation, and supporting a smooth kitchen operation during shifts. Candidates with kitchen experience and a dedication to hospitality are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Food preparation experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication is important.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Set-up kitchen properly and on time daily.
• Ensure all food is prepared by recipes designated by brand.
• Ensure food quality and quantity are correct.
• Follow QA and Health Department standards.
• Notify supervisor of problems or complaints.
• Keep work area clean with a 'clean as you go' policy.
• Rotate goods using FIFO (First In First Out).
• Turn off and clean ovens and work areas after service.
