Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Bistro Bartender to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in the hotel’s Bistro and bar. You will prepare and serve drinks, take orders, process payments, and keep the area clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires knowledge of beverage offerings, strong guest service, and the ability to work independently during shifts while complying with regulations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handler certification as required by state/local regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior bartending/FOH/FOH experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced guest service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Avion Hospitality and brand standards and regulations.
• Provide warm, friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Maintain clean, stocked Bistro and bar areas and assist with side work.
• Verify ID and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs to supervisor.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling per procedures.
