Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to comply with all legal requirements related to alcohol service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage orders to guests in accordance with established standards.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during shifts; handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
