Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Bistro Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in the hotel’s Bistro and bar. You will prepare drinks, take orders, process payments, and keep the area clean and stocked, while ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification as required by state/local regs.
• Food Handler certification as required by state/local regs.
• Must meet minimum-age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Take guest food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Maintain bar and Bistro areas, stock, and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Verify guest identifications and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional guest service.
