Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a part-time Bistro Attendant/Server at Artisan Mount Pleasant. You will prepare soups, salads, and sandwiches, stock and organize pantry items, and cook lunch menu items to order while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will work as part of a kitchen team to support smooth daily operations. Training is provided; benefits include competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• No previous formal experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Soup of the Day from scratch using fresh ingredients and established recipes.
• Create and prepare daily salad and sandwich specials.
• Keep the pantry fully stocked and organized with all required menu items and ingredients.
• Prepare and cook made-to-order items from the lunch menu while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Follow and complete the daily kitchen checklist to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent food quality.
