Atria Senior Living is seeking a friendly Bistro Attendant to host and prepare meals in a warm, community-focused setting. You will take orders, serve residents promptly, and assist with bistro operations to ensure a positive dining experience.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in customer service, basic Word/Excel skills, and the ability to carry a tray of multiple items while maintaining excellent service standards. Benefits include a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• TIPS or other alcohol service training.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must be able to carry a tray with at least six meals and/or beverages.
• Must be able to serve up to twenty residents and guests.

Responsabilidades

• The Bistro Attendant hosts and prepares meals in a bistro-style restaurant and handles setting/clearing tables, taking orders, and serving residents.
• Use the Point of Sale system to process orders and payments.
• Open and close the Point of Sale system at the start and end of each shift.
• Prepare meals from the menu and promote food items and drinks.
• Keep grab-and-go stocked and rotate backups as needed.
• Determine Panini specials for the day with chef assistance.
• Maintain a welcoming attitude toward diners, residents, and families.
• Keep the Bistro clean and orderly and maintain temperature logs.
