Job summary

You will drive governance, secure data flows, and implement controls for GMP/GxP, SOX, GDPR, and vendor risk, ensuring audit-ready evidence and production continuity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Secure both manufacturing/OT and enterprise apps with contextual controls.
• Familiar with GMP/GxP, SOX, GDPR and data privacy requirements.
• Able to translate business needs into security controls across environments.
• Experience with manufacturing technologies and enterprise SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Dual-Portfolio Strategic Partnership: lead security for Manufacturing Operations IT and Enabling Units IT.
• Risk posture and architecture: define layered security for plants and cloud-native SaaS.
• Manufacturing technology security: secure OT/ICS/MES with segmentation and secure access.
• Enterprise SaaS and cloud security: IAM, data protection, integration security, vendor risk.
• Regulatory and compliance alignment: GMP/GxP, SOX, GDPR, and due diligence evidence.
• Validation-aware delivery: align with validation/change control and documentation.
• Asset visibility and vulnerability management across manufacturing and SaaS platforms.
• Data flow security: secure data from shop-floor to enterprise with identity controls.
• Third-party and vendor risk management: enforce minimum controls with partners.
• Incident preparedness and recovery: create playbooks, run tabletop drills.
• Audit readiness: maintain evidence aligned to GMP, SOX, and data privacy requirements.
• Metrics and continuous improvement: dashboards for risk reduction and resilience.
• Culture and operating model: train users across operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team delivering tangible outcomes.
