The City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department seeks two dynamic Business Information Systems Analyst I professionals, one for the CIS team and one for the Technology Development team. These BIS Analysts should have strong business and systems analysis, communication, and technical skills to implement, administer and support Public Utilities information systems.

They will support and troubleshoot existing systems and work on new projects, involving planning, requirements analysis, systems

Competenze

• One year of experience in systems administration and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, BIS, or related field.
• Ability to develop SQL queries and reports.
• Knowledge of vendor coordination and system upgrades.

Mansioni

• Provide technical and administrative support for automated systems.
• Participate in implementation, testing, and procedure development.
• Coordinate with vendors on issue resolution and delivery schedules.
• Develop data flow diagrams and process analysis for automation.
• Prepare documentation and training for new systems.
• Manage project plans, test scripts, and production deployment.
• Develop technical specifications and data mappings.
