Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their birthday event preferences, including themes, budgets, and special requests.
• Research and suggest venues, entertainment options, and vendors that align with client preferences.
• Coordinate and book venue, entertainment, catering, and other services needed for the birthday event.
• Create detailed event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Oversee event setup, decorations, and implementation on the day of the birthday celebration.
• Address any issues or changes that arise during the event and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the agreed-upon limits.
• Follow up with clients after the event to gather feedback and improve future planning processes.

Qualifications
