Harc, Inc. in Greater Hartford, CT, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our Birth to Three program.

The role focuses on supporting children’s communication development, with potential involvement in feeding/swallowing in consultation with the medical team. Responsibilities include evaluations/assessments, IFSP planning, delivering direct and consultative services, AAC device selection, data collection, and coaching families.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an MS or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC certification and CT licensure required.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Conduct evaluations/assessments and determine eligibility for services.
• Develop and implement IFSPs as part of the IFSP team.
• Provide direct and/or consultative SLP services.
• Support use of AAC devices/systems aligned to child’s development.
• Oversee data collection to monitor progress.
• Coach families on strategies for development and carryover.
• Provide trainings for team members and families.
