Job summary

EASTCONN Birth to Three Program in Hampton, Connecticut seeks an Early Interventionist (Speech/Language Pathologist, licensed) to join our team. The role requires a Master’s degree and a CT Department of Health license, with immediate start and full-time hours.

Salary ranges from $52,000 to $55,000 per year, with responsibilities including family coaching and home visits. Must have own car, driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance to visit families in natural settings.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CT license required.
• Experience in Birth to Three/early intervention is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with families and caregivers.
• Performs standardized evaluations and assessments across developmental domains.
• Participates in IFSP development and monitors outcomes as a team member.
• Supervises staff as appropriate and provides coaching in natural environments.
• Comfortable providing service coordination after relevant training; conducts in-home visits.
