Responsibilities include parent coaching, screenings, home visits, and coordination with child care and medical providers to ensure continuity of services. Requires Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure, CCC-SLP or CFY candidate, strong communication skills, and a valid

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology is required.
• Current MA licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidate with eligibility.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups and home visits.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide service coordination to the assigned caseload including IFSP development.
