Job summary

Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers birth to 3 with developmental delays.

The role involves delivering home-based and center-based services, collaborating with a trans-disciplinary team, and coordinating IFSP development and reviews within the Massachusetts catchment area. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure, CCC-SLP or CFY candidate status, and strong verbal/written

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current MA licensure in SLP/Audiology and CCC-SLP or CFY candidate status.
• Minimum emphasis on pediatric experience; strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based and center-based SLP services to families.
• Collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team across catchment area.
• Coordinate development and review of Individual Family Service Plans.
• Screen, assess, and participate in child and parent groups and visits.
• Coordinate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
