Qualifications

• Knowledge of CHW scope, confidentiality and health system navigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prenatal consultations to discuss birthing preferences and concerns.
• Provide nursing guidance and childcare support in early postpartum period.
• Offer physical, emotional and informational support during labor and delivery.
• Assist pregnant person in making informed pregnancy choices.
• Attend births and provide support to patients throughout labor and birth.
