Qualifications

• 4–7 years experience in a scientific domain, biologics/biotech or development.
• Masters or PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent ability to convey value propositions tied to Benchling products.
• Experience creating deliverables that outline current vs future state and ROI.
• Effective cross-functional leadership across teams.
• Strong executive presence with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution & value assessments with sales, solutions consulting, product, and services teams.
• Understand customer needs through discovery and tailor assessment frameworks.
• Create executive-level deliverables showing current and future state and value.
• Maintain proactive communication, documenting progress, meetings, and decisions.
• Develop metrics to quantify strategic, operational, and financial value.
• Create reusable assets to promote adoption of the value framework.
• Provide thought leadership on trends, competition, and tech.
• Share customer insights with product and marketing teams.
