This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive training for rare product launches, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of commercial experience in biotech, along with strong leadership and communication abilities. The position is based in South San Francisco with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial functions within the biotech/pharma industry.
• 3 years of experience in field team training.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to grasp complex scientific topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation of training curricula for rare Commercial launches.
• Develop impactful training initiatives for knowledge enhancement in clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance of training initiatives with regulatory requirements.
