Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Commercial functions within the biotech/pharma industry.
3 years of experience in field team training.
Strong clinical acumen and ability to grasp complex scientific topics.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, implementation of training curricula for rare Commercial launches.
Develop impactful training initiatives for knowledge enhancement in clinical teams.
Ensure compliance of training initiatives with regulatory requirements.
