Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative for the United States to act as the primary contact for demand creation, delivering marketing strategies and promoting Amgen products. You will provide clinical knowledge and communicate benefits, while pursuing territory sales targets.

You will service accounts, resolve reimbursement issues, and assist in territory planning with the District Manager. A competitive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4 years of Sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related.
• 6 years of Sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products.
• Provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical and economic benefits.
• Achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies and by delivering branded sales messages.
• Service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and provide feedback on marketing strategy.
