Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative to drive demand creation and promote Amgen products, serving as the primary customer contact and delivering branded messages under the POA plan.

You will maintain clinical knowledge of Amgen's products, service accounts, manage access and reimbursements, and develop territory plans with your District Manager, while striving to meet sales targets and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree plus 4 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience or related field.
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact and execute Amgen's marketing strategy for demand creation.
• Promote Amgen products and communicate clinical and economic benefits to customers.
• Achieve territory sales targets by implementing Plan of Action and coordinating programs.
• Service accounts, ensure product access, and manage reimbursement issues and contracts.
