Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies seeks a Manager of Site Operations to lead day‑to‑day facilities, services, and employee experience across multiple Seattle metro sites, including Bothell. You will translate strategy into operational execution, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in regulated environments.

The role requires 8+ years in operations (or 6+ with a relevant Master’s) and hands‑on leadership. On‑site hours and cross‑functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in operations or related roles.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years preferred.
• Hands-on leadership with experience coaching teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations across offices, labs, and shared spaces.
• Lead site operations staff with coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance per CAP/CLIA/GMP.
• Drive continuous improvement and site projects.
• Maintain QMS records and dashboards.
