Job summary

AGC Biologics seeks a Site Head & General Manager to lead the Seattle, WA facility with full P&L accountability. You will drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and long-term performance to deliver high‑quality cGMP biologics.

You will build a world-class organization, collaborate with Copenhagen, Heidelberg, Milan, and Chiba, and ensure efficient, compliant production for clinical and commercial programs. MBA/biology background preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
MBA and/or related graduate degree preferred.
Proven leadership of large-scale cGMP biologics operations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Seattle site.
Lead the Seattle Leadership Team with situational leadership and set performance standards.
Drive safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction improvements.
Coordinate with AGC sites globally on capacity, technology transfer, and process development.
Develop a world-class regulatory and quality environment with cGMP compliance.
