SystImmune, Inc. in Bothell, WA, seeks a Laboratory Operations Technician to streamline daily material flow, shipping, and glassware support in a fast-moving biotech setting.

You will handle inbound deliveries, temperature-sensitive routing, and outbound shipments while maintaining strict inventory and compliance standards. The role requires 1–3 years in shipping/receiving or lab support, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and excellent attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Biological Sciences, or related field, or equivalent with at least 4 years in biotech lab operations.
• Approximately 1–3 years of shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, or lab support.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in materials handling and documentation.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures, including packing instructions and SOPs.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, MS Office, and learning inventory/ERP systems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing requests across departments.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and service-oriented approach.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for lab operations.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments of lab supplies and equipment; verify against packing slips and orders.
• Route temperature-sensitive materials to correct storage conditions upon arrival.
• Document receipts in ERP; notify requesters of arrivals.
• Report discrepancies and assist in resolution with vendors and carriers.
• Deliver materials to labs, offices, and storage areas; maintain organized stockroom and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments, including temperature-controlled and dry ice shipments; track with carriers.
• Operate autoclaves and wash glassware; restock and inspect labware.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; participate in inventories and process improvements.
