Job summary

Sequential, a leading microbiome-focused biotech CRO, seeks a Sales Associate to drive growth and expand client relationships on the East Coast. You will support business development, assist in sales strategy execution, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to meet revenue goals.

You will work with the Commercial Director and teams to develop client relationships, stay current with microbiome research, and communicate Sequential’s value propositions effectively.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in biotechnology, cosmetics, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, with accurate data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Tech-savvy and eager to leverage technology for sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customer accounts, expanding client base on the East Coast (US).
• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients and promote Sequential’s offerings.
• Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and stay informed on industry trends.
• Maintain CRM records, track interactions, progress and KPIs.
