Job summary

GondolaBio in Palo Alto is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate remote and on-site interviews, manage logistics for domestic and international candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This is a full-time role with a hybrid work model, offering benefits and a base salary in the market range. You will engage with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain scheduling flow and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or admin roles; biotech a plus.
• Proficient with ATS systems.
• Experience coordinating complex interviews across multiple time zones.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership of logistics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule remote and on-site interviews with candidates.
• Be on-site to manage interview day logistics.
• Serve as primary candidate contact during interviews.
• Coordinate travel for domestic and international candidates.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and candidate logs.
• Communicate scheduling updates to interview participants.
• Identify process improvements to improve candidate experience.
