The Sr. Director, Business Systems and Program Management will lead enterprise‑level program governance and execution across customer projects, operational excellence initiatives, and technology transformation programs. Reporting to the Chief Technology & Transformation Officer, this role will ensure alignment of strategic priorities, provide robust program management tools and processes, and drive governance across the transformation portfolio.
This role is a full‑time onsite position at either our Tustin or Irvine, CA location. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST unless otherwise stated by Supervisor. The employee must also have the ability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary.
