Job summary

BeOne seeks a Manager, CDx Development to lead portfolio and project management for CDx within the Precision Medicine Team. You will support alliance managers, coordinate timelines, and maintain centralized tracking and documentation to enable effective collaboration with external diagnostic partners.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech or IVD, strong budget forecasting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft tools and SharePoint. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in pharma/biotech or IVD industry.
• Strong portfolio management and project tracking experience.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CDx partner engagement, scoping, and contract review with budget tracking.
• Plan and execute CDx programs across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Track risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans; escalate impacts promptly.
• Maintain centralized CDx portfolio and project tracking tools and records.
• Organize documentation repositories and partner-facing materials for collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
