Job summary

Working with Global Operations and PD leads, you’ll identify dependencies, assess risks, and communicate status to stakeholders. This role emphasizes collaboration, governance navigation, and actionable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree with project management experience
• Leadership experience managing teams or programs
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and governance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with PD/CMC or pharmaceutical project environments

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules/resources aligned with PD prioritization
• Support projects with internal/external staff and contractors
• Lead risk analyses and scenario planning for decision making
• Participate in management reviews and governance
• Maintain collaboration via SharePoint and cross-functional sites
• Provide meeting planning, documentation, and outcomes communication
• Ensure timely product project reporting and status updates
• Prioritize multiple project teams and deliverables
• Incorporate lessons learned and process improvements
