Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Business Performance Manager to lead complex programs across the Technology and Data Portfolio. You will manage budgets, forecast variance, and support capital funding requests, partnering with project managers and leaders to drive cost control and schedule integrity.

The role requires advanced project controls experience, PMP/PMI-SP preferred, strong Excel/data analytics, and familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master's/bachelor's with related field experience required.
• Experience in project controls for large-scale capital projects preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP/PMI-SP are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Maintain integrated master schedules and validate critical path.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly project controls reports for leadership.
