Job summary

BioIVT is seeking a Project Manager to provide administrative project management support, acting as the primary contact for client projects. The role ensures study timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables while coordinating internal resources and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BSc in biological sciences or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the process and scientific requirements for drug and diagnostic discovery and development.
• Familiarity with scientific terminology.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to learn multiple software applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage study timelines and budgets to meet delivery goals.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet milestones.
• Provide feasibility support to commercial teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with signed proposals and SOPs.
• Identify risks and communicate status to management.
• Prepare reports on progress, milestones, and budgeting.
