Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex Drug Product projects for key clients within our biotech and pharma network. You will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination, driving on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Under minimal supervision you will host client meetings, report status, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize scope and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or business preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Biotech/Pharma or CMO experience.
• At least 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong command of MS Office; familiarity with MS-Project or Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and track contract deliverables.
• Host project meetings and provide status updates to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate with client and internal groups to clarify schedules and scope.
• Identify and resolve resource, technical, or scheduling constraints with risk assessments.
• Host client visits and manage project deviations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and scope to quality standards.
• Manage customer projects according to established PM methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between customer and project team.
• Track and forecast revenue-generating activities on assigned projects.
• Participate in business improvement programs.
• Support establishing a consistent customer experience across global accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to build long-term customer relationships.
