Responsibilities

• Track and manage study and product timelines, alert staff to delivery goals.
• Coordinate kit design and review open orders with site management.
• Monitor study progress, budget compliance, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet milestones and custom procurement needs.
• Conduct integrated change control on projects as required.
• Act as liaison between multiple projects to align with business goals.
• Assess and report study progress, milestones, timelines, and budgeting to management.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and triage communications.
• Bring in resources from across the company to address questions.
• Ensure compliance with signed proposals for studies.
