Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is hiring a Senior Manager, Project Management to support the CMC team, align cross-functional plans, and manage risks and resources. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive timelines and deliverables.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office collaboration 2–3 days per week in the San Francisco area. Candidates should have 10+ years in biotech/pharma PM and a strong track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• MS or BS in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years biotech/pharma industry project management experience.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining flexible and proactive.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• This role may require travel (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate CMC/QA team activities and deliverables; manage weekly team meetings; prepare agendas and track actions.
• Interface with multiple CDMOs to drive manufacturing activities aligned with CMC timelines and supply needs.
• Ensure adherence to team goals; coordinate drafting of regulatory filing sections and cross-functional reviews; organize document QC processes.
• Contribute to long-range and budget planning; work with Legal and Finance to manage vendor contracts and POs.
• Manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables concurrently.
